- understanding Lettings Law and being confident in your ability to give the correct answers to your team, landlords and tenants
- understanding the severity of Lettings Legislation
- giving a top quality service and pushing clients for testimonials on Google
- making sure rental properties are being kept to a habitable standard following HHSRS
- holding morning team meetings to discuss daily targets
Requirements
- experience working in an Estate Agency desired but not essential
- proven work experience within a customer service role
- A positive and outgoing attitude
- must have excellent telephone manners with empathy
- full UK clean driving licence
- proven work experience working within a customer service role
- enjoyment of problem solving and offering a high level of customer service
- good understanding Residential Lettings required
