  • development of project execution plans & risk registers
  • creation and assessment of pre-construction programmes
  • understand project budgets and likely outturn costs
  • liaison and appointments of 3rd party consultant teams
  • monitor the development of the design with particular reference to the requirements of the Project
  • understand and advise of different routes of procurement options available and be able to advise on suitability to the project
  • co-ordinate the preparation of lists of suitable Contractors to invite to tender. Take up references and conduct pre-qualification interviews
