Responsibility
- driving customer feedback online
- supporting with content creation that engages and excites target audiences bringing to life innovative and forward-thinking campaigns for social media, emails, blogs and events
- researching, brainstorming and keeping up with key trends to ensure we remain ahead of the curve
- attending relevant training to continue to build on knowledge and flourish as a Jack Murphy Jewellers team member
- assisting with the growth and management of our online community by engaging with customers through social media and live events, in a timely manner
- ensuring GDPR compliance and best-in-class data collection across every aspect of our website, highly engaged social media channels and business
- working closely with fellow Marketing, Ecommerce and Sales team to ensure campaigns are aligned and co-ordinated to achieve the business’ overall objectives
