the successful candidate will have extensive administrative experience in a busy office environment

you must have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be able to prioritise, multi-task, meet deadlines and have a positive can-do attitude
as a confident communicator, you must be able to relate very well to people and respond with professionalism, sensitivity, discretion and diplomacy
you will be working as part of an admin team of 4 at different locations so you must be an effective team player but also be able to work on your own initiative during the school holidays when you will be the sole administrator
