  • preparation of canvassing
  • anti -Money Laundering procedures
  • managing all property portals like Zoopla etc
  • first Point of contact for all calls and visitors to the business
  • organizing office events

Requirements

  • experience within property administrative roles & Estate Agency
  • front-of-house experience, ideally in a property environment
  • used to meeting deadlines and working to defined timescales
  • attention to detail
  • communication & interpersonal skills
  • A friendly team player
  • self-motivated
