Responsibility

  • to represent the Company by telephone, electronic communication and in person in a professional and courteous manner to Customers, Suppliers
  • 10. To prepare and submit the Company’s VAT, National Insurance and tax and other statutory financial obligations – meeting the appropriate deadlines
  • to be responsible for bank reconciliation and preparing cash flows
  • to be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts and to assist in the preparation of financial accounts

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the hire, construction or building sector
  • an excellent knowledge of bookkeeping in general and with Sage and/or Xero in particular
