Responsibility

  • undertaking all aspect of professional building surveyor works including Section 20 contracts in accordance with current legislation
  • completion of Asbestos reports and reviews
  • BCIS rebuilding valuations
  • implementation of CDM regulations where required
  • inspection of and advising on Licenses to alter and consents due under the lease terms
  • acting for Clients on Party Wall matters
  • writing of schedules of work and defect reports
  • planned maintenance programming

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified preferred
  • excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • strong IT skills
  • excellent presenting, communication and report writing skills
  • the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • the ability to manage your workload
  • negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • 15 years + relevant experience
