Responsibility

  • liaise with clients both electronically and over the telephone
  • act as the initial point of contact with clients
  • gather client information and update systems with client data
  • the preparation and presentation of Client reports and proposals
  • be proactively seeking new business
  • organise day to day client administration
  • work within FCA compliance guidelines

Requirements

  • previous experience in Sales, preferably telesales
  • previous experience in Wealth/Investment Management or Financial Advice sales including level 4 qualifications
  • the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Clients
  • the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • strong written, verbal and mathematical skills
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A good eye for detail
  • able to work with a team but ultimately be a self-starter
