Responsibility

  • meet with prospective tenants to negotiate lease terms and ensure that the property is suitable for the intended tenant
  • negotiate the lease price, including any applicable add-ons, and ensure that the property is suitable for the intended tenant
  • communicate regularly with prospective tenants to ensure smooth running of the office
  • attend monthly office meetings to maintain rapport with landlord and colleagues
  • provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers, including tenants, brokers, and vendors
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the office
  • other duties as assigned by management
