  • AAT qualified or above
  • at least 2-3 years experience in a client facing role within a practice environment
  • bookkeeping & VAT experience
  • proficient in cloud accounting packages
  • adaptable and proactive
  • self Starter - Comfortable with a fast paced environment with the ability to work to deadlines / prioritise workload
  • positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • strong experience of Year End Accounts and Tax preparation from start to review stages for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies below the audit threshold

Responsibility

  • ensure clients are billed correctly for ad-hoc services
  • hold client calls and meetings as required, ensuring meeting notes are saved to the client record
