Responsibility

  • develop new, and maintain existing, long term business relationships with existing base of merchant customers
  • to maximise the sales of all the full range of Unilin’s products, by value, volume and margin with our customer base, working closely with stockists, merchants and customer base
  • be able to deliver basic product training to meet customer requirements
  • have a structured and planned journey plan that runs alongside a structured contact plan
  • develop and maintain the Existing Customer Lists within Project Sales Achiever
  • daily use of PSA to maintain all customer records
  • collaborate with customers to create attractive sales floor displays and make sure samples of our products are prominently seen, thus creating sales opportunities
  • daily completion of Journals with PSA
