Terrible company. Our estate has been left to rot by this company while they increase charges. Don't communicate with residents about issues except to threaten and demand money for already paid for services. Broken fences, walls, dead landscaping, damaged signs. The residents have had to go to Bellway to assist us in removing them
Extremely disappointed with the service from IV Property Management. They have consistently failed to meet their obligations, including addressing my repeated requests for access to their client portal (over 6 months unresolved), providing proof of service charge increases, and delivering promised improvements to communal areas. Basic maintenance, like servicing entry doors and ensuring hot water availability, has been neglected despite numerous escalations. Communication is poor, and promises to follow up are rarely honoured. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable property management.
