What can I say, a total scam company, increased service charge by 72%, managed to get them removed from site only to find a £150K overspend, did a section 22 request which they did not respond so now sat with the Property Ombudsman, fraudulent activity on our account, missing funds, our money used to subsidise other areas.
Managing Director KG is not fit to run a company and Property Manager CH this role is far too much for him and makes things up, lies and again not fit purpose

This company is only interested in collecting money from residents and provides absolutely no service. They only send residents reminders to pay for service charges and invoices for these. They do not bother to read and/or respond to any emails that are sent to their general business email and have failed to provide any level of safety and security to the residents of the block of flats they manage. The residents are paying to the tune of 500 pounds every three months for service charge but none of this is put to any good use. They have failed to provide the service charges receipts when asked by the residents and have failed to repair broken doors to the refuse store, the vandalised parking lot gate and the CCTV which have been non-functional for more than a year. In spite of residents asking them for these repairs, they have not bothered to reply. All these items are covered under the building insurance which is again paid for by the residents, but not one of them is claimed for by the property management company.

Residents no longer are safe as the property is exposed to patrolling gangs of robbers, squatters and drug-addicts. Many have had their vehicles broken into and valuables stolen.

This company is a shame to exist in today's world and should not be allowed to operate and their affiliation to the Property Ombudsman revoked irrivocably.

Terrible company. Our estate has been left to rot by this company while they increase charges. Don't communicate with residents about issues except to threaten and demand money for already paid for services. Broken fences, walls, dead landscaping, damaged signs. The residents have had to go to Bellway to assist us in removing them

Extremely disappointed with the service from IV Property Management. They have consistently failed to meet their obligations, including addressing my repeated requests for access to their client portal (over 6 months unresolved), providing proof of service charge increases, and delivering promised improvements to communal areas. Basic maintenance, like servicing entry doors and ensuring hot water availability, has been neglected despite numerous escalations. Communication is poor, and promises to follow up are rarely honoured. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable property management.
