service engineer
Responsibility
- carrying out field commissioning, service, and other customer support work on the air handling units we sell and deliver
- supporting equal work carried out by our other external Service Partners in the UK
- being responsible for coordination and exchange of information between the UK organisation and the Swedish departments
- combining practical work on building sites, with office/home office work, to support customers and colleagues over phone, mail and through IV Produkt’s state of art web-based Cloud Solutions
Requirements
- knowledge and experience of field commissioning and start-up of air handling units
- experience of assembling and servicing air handling units with integrated controls
- experience of planning and coordination of service and support work on building sites
- strong customer service skills
- the ability to provide support via phone, email, or web
