Responsibility
- ITHelpDirect LTD is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Level 1-2 IT Support Technician
- provide first-line technical support to clients through various channels, including in-person, over the phone, and via email
- this position is responsible for providing technical support to our clients
- assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other peripherals
- this position will also be responsible for assisting with the on-site installation of new equipment, hardware, and software
- install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications for end-users
- create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory or other user management systems
- company vehicle and equipment can be provided
Requirements
- full UK Driving license required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users with varying levels of technical expertise and provide exceptional customer service
- willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
- demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- enthusiasm for technology and a desire to pursue a career in IT support
- problem-Solving: Ability to logically analyse and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
