Requirements
- you will have a ‘hands on’ problem solving approach and background
- at least 3 years’ experience of providing 2nd Line IT Support in a commercial MSP environment
- good communication and management skills
- microsoft 365 Azure/ WVD experience
- cat5/Cat6 network cabling and patching
- working knowledge of networking including routing and switching, VLANs, VPN, NAT and IP connectivity troubleshooting
- good PC hardware experience; ability to install, configure and maintain PCs and peripherals
- experience in using a helpdesk/support ticketing system
