Responsibility

  • we are currently looking for a Office Administrator to work from our head office in Tyler’s Avenue, Southend on Sea
  • the main duties include, but are not limited to –
  • assisting the sales manage with their duties - Filtering through the inbox and directing the queries to the relevant departments
  • CRM Updates - Updating the CRM system with customer information
  • general admin duties
  • customer Service - To communicate with customers at all levels - To resolve basic queries and provide updates. Over the phone and via email
