Responsibility

  • assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock and reporting shortages to management
  • prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
  • maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
