- driving attendance to customer events program and provide pre and post event follow up support
- you will also be responsible for upselling additional products and services where appropriate

- reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be a key member of a growing internal sales team servicing a geographical region
- creating new sales pipeline with existing IRIS customers via phone, email and social media
- handling all inbound sales calls from existing customers who wish to discuss our products
- continually keeping up to date with IRIS products and development
- meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets by negotiating and closing sales
- you’ll also work closely with our remote Regional Consultants who are based out in the field
- creating new pipeline through telephone and electronic based activity
- identifying, engaging and ultimately building business relationships with key decision-makers via phone, email and social media
- understanding the competitor presence within your territory
- handling inbound sales calls from customers who wish to discuss additional products
- providing pre- and post-event follow-ups with businesses that attend customer events
- identifying new business opportunities using all tools possible , Handling all inbound sales calls from customers who wish to discuss our products
- recruiting attendees for the customer events programme and provide pre and post event follow up support
- your role as a Sales Consultant will be to promote and sell our software into schools via outbound business development calls and providing online demonstrations
- proactively identify sector specific opportunities, suggesting marketing campaigns to support further sales growth
- these roles are important as you'll be responsible for securing new logo customers or account managing existing customer accounts by selling new products/upselling to generate additional sales revenue
- preparing and delivering tailored demonstrations of our software products with the aim of securing additional business with our customers
- meeting and exceeding sales leads targets and KPIs
- ensuring that all customer and sales information is accurately recorded in a timely manner
- you will be speaking to warm leads who have expressed an interest in our products and also speaking with schools that you’ve researched and cold-called independently
- the key focus of the Internal Sales Consultant will be to build a trusted relationship with prospective customers and be able to showcase our market-leading products
- continually updating and cleansing our customer database and CRM system
- recruiting attendees for customer events and providing pre- and post-event follow-up support
- following all internal processes to support the customer journey
- promoting the IRIS brand in a friendly, professional manner
