warehouse supervisor

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
  • assist wider Warehouse Management team with team training and coaching, ensure all team members are clear on their role and responsibility
  • ensure that all safety regulations are followed
  • coordinate vehicle loading and unloading hand ball and forklift of company goods
  • maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
  • liaison with Customer Services, and other internal departments, to ensure all queries/customer enquiries are resolved within service levels
  • ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner
  • monitor warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
