I previously worked here, and the management style was highly micromanaged. The workload was overwhelming, with tasks that were far beyond the original job description, despite the role being advertised as only 4 hours of work. Additionally, we have not been compensated for our time, not only affecting me but also others who have left the company. We were instructed to create fake positive reviews in an attempt to attract students, and some teachers have been waiting for payment for over two months. There is no job security, and the feedback posted on various websites is misleading and fabricated. Having worked there, I can confirm this firsthand. It is disheartening to see some employees tolerate this system, even though they are aware of its unethical practices. I'm not harboring any bitterness. I'm genuinely happy to have moved on, but I feel it’s important to speak out about the unprofessional conduct I witnessed. The boss is authoritative and gives orders without regard for proper procedures. The absence of students has led to a strategy of dishonesty in marketing, which I find concerning.
This is true. No wonder the ones who are still there haven't been affected yet. They're all just fooling around at this point.
Those who left can finally breathe easy. They didn't pay the others who left. They’re even trying to create issues, like accusing them of stealing or changing passwords. The whole approach is laughable—it feels like fraud.
