we are looking for a Service Administrator/Coordinator to join our team, to assist the General Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the business
it will also entail managing system paperwork including specifications and commissioning paperwork, ensuring the engineers have returned all documentation and it has been uploaded to our database
Requirements
experience with database systems
previous experience within field co-ordination, ideally from another engineering-based business
experience with invoicing and quoting corrective works and repairs
customer service: 1 year
administrative experience: 1 year
