Responsibility

  • we are looking for a Service Administrator/Coordinator to join our team, to assist the General Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the business
  • it will also entail managing system paperwork including specifications and commissioning paperwork, ensuring the engineers have returned all documentation and it has been uploaded to our database

Requirements

  • experience with database systems
  • previous experience within field co-ordination, ideally from another engineering-based business
  • experience with invoicing and quoting corrective works and repairs
  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
