Responsibility
- manage social media and advertising campaigns
- consistently achieve individual and team learner start targets and KPI’s through high standards of performance in-line with business expectations
- develop and implement strategies to target potential learners and promote our offer to them
Show more +4 - keep clear and detailed records using our management systems
- establish and maintain effective working relationships with Job Centre Plus, third sector organisations and other referral partners to identify unemployed people and or unemployed young people who could benefit from our programmes
- work within the welfare to work industry to deliver specified targets, quality standards and compliance measures to potential learners who face disadvantages in relation to employment
- identify individual client motivators to ensure high numbers of enrolments and use motivational, barrier removal and action planning techniques to manage the progression of clients onto programmes and then onto sustainable employment
