- maintain/update the companies various social media platforms - Assist with order entry and transcribe meeting minutes as needed
- provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- utilise Google Suite and bespoke software for various administrative tasks
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- proficient in using various social media platforms such as Instagram/TikTok/Facebook, understand marketing strategies using social media to maximise growth/leads/sales
- understand various beauty treatments & techniques
- previous experience as a receptionist, office clerk, or personal assistant is preferred
- proficient in using office equipment such as printers & scanners
- strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- administrative experience: 1 year
