Responsibility
- employee Relations manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- provide HR advice on disciplinaries and grievances
- work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- provide HR advice to a range of internal stakeholders on all HR and workforce matters
- recruitment managing all stages of the recruitment process including
- administering recruitment campaigns; gaining feedback from recruiting managers in a timely manner
- on-Boarding, Induction & Probation
Requirements
- experience of providing advice and support to managers at all levels in all key aspects of generalist HR and employee relations
- skilled in writing reports, correspondence, and human resources processes/policies and guidance
- strong team player with a collaborative approach. proactive and flexible with a “can do” attitude
- excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise work
- A flexible, hands-on approach to work
- must possess excellent HR administration skills with experience of managing
- reviewing and updating processes throughout all stages of the employment lifecycle as outlined above
- an up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice and the skills to apply and interpret this including data protection & security
