- ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- familiarity with Dornier & Picanol + Rapier & Airjet looms is preferred
- weaving technician: 2 years
Responsibility
- set up new jobs on looms according to job specifications, adjusting settings to meet quality standards
- conduct quality checks on initial setups to ensure all specifications are met
- monitor loom operations, making adjustments to maximise efficiency
- respond promptly to any issues reported by weavers or inspectors to prevent production delays
