leading the fit session, overseeing the fit meeting schedule and on-time delivery of samples to the pre-defined critical path
ensuring workbooks are created and issued to suppliers in a timely manner and fit comments are issued in line with the critical path and agreed SLAs
ownership of returns and preparation for regular returns reviews, understanding of key returns reasons and proposals for reductions of returns risk going forward
introduce minimum make standards with our supply base to improve the consistency of our fit and quality
