Responsibility

  • advising and supporting managers on all Employee Relations issues, including performance management; sickness & absence; disciplinary & grievance procedures
  • to manage day to day HR requirements for the ITIA with support from Office manager and HR outsourced support
  • develop further and implement the Equalities, Diversity & Inclusion and Health and Wellbeing plans, making recommendations on best practice and legislation
  • to visibly demonstrate the ITIA Values and ensure that they are embedded throughout the business
  • to develop and implement a comprehensive L & D programme, including design of training plans; managing the annual training budget, undertaking talent reviews and organising learning and development programmes/initiatives for all levels of staff
  • JOB TITLE: HR & Organisational Development Manager
  • monitoring, updating and advising team members on all ITIA’s HR policies and processes to ensure they are adhered to and effectively communicated across the ITIA
  • REPORTING TO : Head of Business Services
