Responsibility

  • conduct regular reviews and audits of the Skills Development Tutors to monitor and support their work activity
  • record and report performance on a regular basis to ensure we have a standardised approach across the business
  • support/assist Skills Development Tutors with training requirements on E-Portfolio/Smart Assessor and other internal systems
  • report findings to the Director of Quality on a regular basis
  • identify and measure quality vulnerabilities/risks to assess the impact and likelihood of a particular risk materialising
  • implement corrective action/resolution plans where instances of inferior quality or other problems that need to be addressed have been identified
  • support the development of learner/employer forums across the delivery teams to ensure we fully represent their requirements
  • be highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise activities in line with business needs

Contract type

  • permanent/ Full- time

Requirements

  • PGCE qualified
  • IQA/TAQA qualified
  • ability to analyse contract-specific problems, recommend and successfully implement solutions
  • ability to achieve results through coaching, supporting, and directing others
  • credibility to represent the company with referral organisations/aftercare providers
  • must be able to drive, possess their own car, and be willing to travel
  • leadership and management skills
  • ability to work to deadlines, motivate, and inspire others
