- monitor and analyse operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement action plans
- manage and mentor team members to ensure high performance and career development
- collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- manage both office and warehouse teams, including warehouse production
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex operational issues
- proficient in using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com or Asana
- experience in production and team building
- understanding of how to develop an efficient production process
- minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a track record of success in implementing and managing a strategic methodology
- experience in implementing and maintaining processes
