Requirements

Responsibility
- overseeing Accounts Payable, Credit Control, general ledger and all statutory reporting
- overseeing Payroll, including coordination of monthly payment and all related reporting requirements
- ensuring the Finance function has adequate financial processes, systems and controls and that these are implemented and documented appropriately
- monitoring and maintaining adequate systems and controls
- coordination and review of month end close to strict deadlines, including submission of monthly/quarterly group reporting pack
- reviewing monthly production of balance sheet reconciliations with full supporting backup
- line management of the operational finance team, involving managing, motivating, setting KPIs, conducting annual performance reviews and providing training and development in order to achieve department results
- working with Sales and Customer Services on effective customer credit management
