Responsibility

  • facilitate seamless transitions from Sales to Delivery and ensure timely deliverables by managing workflow among project team members
  • work with clients and the delivery team to ensure, service line specific, prerequisites are in place prior to project start
  • ensure all project paperwork is produced, saved and accessible for supporting business units
  • collaborate, problem-solve, and organize with team members to prepare for upcoming projects
  • review the client journey, support its development, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome challenges and receive positive feedback
  • support Sales in identifying, allocating and reporting on upsell opportunities
  • oversee the entire client relationship, including onboarding, implementation, retention, and satisfaction
  • supporting the Director of Operations in maturing the delivery processes and delivery capabilities by becoming an agent of sustainable change within PGI
