Responsibility
- the efficient running of the VIP Department, supporting your Department Senior Manager
- to do everything possible to achieve monthly Department’s target
- taking bookings from Tour Operators, Agents and private customers
- ensure that all bookings from non-credit agents are prepaid in advance of arrival date
- entered all changes and additions of bookings into the Tourplan on time and in compliance with established procedures
- the Transport Department Manager is be responsible for the overall management of the Transport Department at BSI UK, a London-based destination management company
- prepare all invoices and deal with any issues until they have been paid
- this position will oversee all aspects of operations, including day-to-day operations and management of the company chauffeurs, their jobs and overall workload, customer service, and customer relations
Requirements
- minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service environment
- must be able to work well under pressure under pressure deadlines with a strong ability to problem solve quickly under pressure
- must have strong communication skills both written and verbal; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management; customers; employees; vendors; etc
- travel Management: 1 year
