strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
basic numeracy skills for handling cash and stock management

flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibility
customer Feedback: Listen to and address customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues to the manager when necessary
customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Provide product information and recommendations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
sales & Transactions: Operate the till and handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing the till at the end of the shift
