- customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Provide product information and recommendations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- sales & Transactions: Operate the till and handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing the till at the end of the shift
