Responsibility
- management of daily rotas to ensure that duties are allocated to appropriately skilled care staff and continuity of care is maintained
- ensuring quality standards are maintained to support the smooth and efficient running of the service at all times
- to ensure staff rotas are matched with client’s requirements and staff

- ensuring timeframes are met for all administration tasks including duty bookings and payroll processing
- arrange appropriate cover for care worker sickness, absenteeism or holidays
- covering emergency visits in the community
- use internal systems to record and monitor quality standards
- keep all information about staff, clients and their families secure and confidential
- to represent the company in a professional manner at all times, on the telephone, face to face or in written communication
- take part in the out of hours emergency on-call rota
- work flexibly as part of the team and apply Inter-County policies and procedures at all times
- complete basic administrative duties and maintain up to date records
Requirements
- excellent communication, administration and IT skills
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- an organised approach to your work
