- helping clients maintain their payroll systems
- processing payroll accurately and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- providing top-notch customer support and resolving any payroll-related issues
- managing the full end to end payroll and pension; the processing of multiple payrolls spanning weekly, bi-weekly and monthly deadlines
- maintaining fantastic relationships with all clients and using initiative to solve queries
- staying up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and best practices
- answering all payroll queries in line with SLA agreements and in a professional manner
- continuously improving our processes and systems to deliver the best possible service to our clients
Requirements
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- A passion for technology and its role in streamlining processes
- possess very strong communication skills both verbally and written
- A positive outlook and able to deal with issues constructively
- prior experience in payroll processing or a related field is an asset but not a must
