Responsibility

  • recording accurately learners starting points and capturing learning through the completion of an ILP
  • tracking and monitor learners’ progress and attendance
  • provide timely, responsive, and developmental feedback to support learners’ progression
  • take an active part in monthly caseload reviews
  • candidates must have prior experience within FE or work-based learning sector and be familiar with requirements of an apprenticeship programme. ESOL experience is also desirable but not essential
  • undertake continuous professional development
  • the role will be based in the Warrington office, but due to the geographical spread of learners, there must be a willingness to travel to our head office in Haynes as well as other locations in order to support learners within their workplace
  • attend and participate in standardisation and training events
