Responsibility

  • dealing with customer invoice queries and liaising with the sales team to resolve
  • responsibility for ensuring credit notes are raised in a timely manner and allocated to customer accounts
  • reviewing new and existing customer credit limits in line with company procedure
  • monitoring monthly customer credit limits against those set
  • running weekly debtor reports and monitoring overdue debtors
  • producing end of month and mid-month customer statements
  • sending out the companies standardised debt chasing letters following debt chasing protocol and making follow up calls where appropriate
  • liaise with Primas and Thomas Higgins as external debt collection agents
