Responsibility
- ordering products and materials to the workshop and sites for current and future works
- sourcing of new parts as required
- quoting based on Bill of Materials for Project Managers
- running/updating of quoting price list for common items
- setting up new suppliers on the system and sending new supplier questionnaires
- inputting all orders in to the companies account system
- organising of services, calibrations, boiler services, plant inspection and repairs etc
- unloading of deliveries and storing by job in goods inwards
Requirements
- full UK drivers license
- previous experience of stores management and negotiation is beneficial
- excellent organiser
- excellent communicator
- procurement: 2 years
- purchasing: 2 years
