Responsibility

• ordering products and materials to the workshop and sites for current and future works
• sourcing of new parts as required
• quoting based on Bill of Materials for Project Managers

• setting up new suppliers on the system and sending new supplier questionnaires
• inputting all orders in to the companies account system
• organising of services, calibrations, boiler services, plant inspection and repairs etc
• unloading of deliveries and storing by job in goods inwards
• marking deliveries as received and checking goods inwards
• chasing suppliers as and when delivery times are not met
• prepping goods to go to jobs as needed
• running of minimum stock and bonded stock
• monitoring of company fleet, booking MOT, Service, repairs, tracker fittings, road tax
• working with office manager, and Project Managers for general admin / job specific tasks
• working with Project Managers and draughtsperson for best availability vs best price of components
