Responsibility
- provide 1st/2nd line on-site technical support for clients' hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues
- install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- maintain accurate documentation of all work performed and issues resolved
- communicate effectively with clients to provide status updates and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- the IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, assisting with the installation and configuration of our IT infrastructure
- participate in team meetings and share knowledge with other team members
- the ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, strong computer skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies
Requirements
- excellent communicator, face to face, verbally and written
- ability to explain complicated concepts in an appropriate way to clients and users
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure situations
- must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- must be able to travel to clients sites, driving licence and vehicle essential
