Responsibility
- working as an Internal Recruiter you will support the organisation to develop a premium recruitment experience for candidates and managers
- develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- manage the employee onboarding process, including conducting employee orientations and facilitating new hire paperwork
- oversee the performance management process, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers
- handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on employee disciplinary actions and terminations
- we have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Internal Recruiter with good knowledge and practice of in-house recruitment, online recruitment software and applicant tracking, and experience of implementing resourcing strategies across various social media platforms
- collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
- conduct research on HR best practices and make recommendations for process improvements
Requirements
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent by experience
- proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- experience managing employee onboarding processes and conducting orientations
- knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management with employees at all levels of the organisation
- strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex HR issues
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner
- human Resources: 1 year
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
