Responsibility
- assist the Sous Chef & Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
- setting up the kitchen prior to opening
- cooking a specific portion of each plated meal

- cleaning an sanitizing the work stations and area with warm water and soap
- as the Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef & Sous Chef in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes for the hotel's guests
- ensure that food hygiene and health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
- maintain an efficient and organised kitchen, with excellent attention to detail
Requirements
- minimum 5 Year experience in a busy kitchen environment
- level 2 certificate in Food Hygiene
- working in London experience is preferred
- ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- strong knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
- A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
