Responsibility

  • to oversee the maintenance of the monthly payroll records using the existing and/or future payroll software
  • maintain records relating to expenses and benefits, including regularly comparing car fleet records with payroll records and resolving any differences
  • and to ensure that permanent changes have been made to the employee payroll records
  • to assist in the preparation of statutory year-end tax returns such as P35, P60, P14 and P11D’s
  • reconcile payroll records and record information relevant to year end on a monthly basis
  • produce monthly payroll summaries, ad-hoc reports and create and export a file to interface with the nominal ledger
  • maintain information required for P11D - business miles, payments for medical health care etc
  • to record and pay over to the Revenue all income tax, national insurance, statutory payments and student loans

Requirements
