Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • installation of conventional & addressable fire detection systems
  • carry out installation and commissioning of electronic security systems
  • fault finding and repairs to above systems
  • to provide reliable, quality support to our customers at all times
  • assist customers and regional team with technical issues either on the phone or face to face
  • provide assistance and training to other Integrated Protection Maintenance Services Limited team members as required
  • ensure you operate in line with IPMSL vision mission and values

Requirements

  • must have a high level of experience of our industry
  • excellent technical knowledge of fire & security systems
  • have a systematic/logical approach to tasks & problems
  • excellent communication and organisational skills
  • understand the need for precise completion of paperwork records of jobs and full use of PDA device
  • good knowledge of London and the home counties postcodes
  • good customer service skills
  • fire Alarms Installation: 3 years
