- the key responsibilities of the role include –
- the Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by working directly with IR customers to resolve product issues
- their commitment goes beyond mere issue resolution; they aim to delight customers by consistently exceeding expectations throughout the troubleshooting and resolution process
- this includes providing proactive and insightful guidance, completing proactive health checks, ensuring a smooth and positive interaction, and fostering customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
- this role will be a temporary position for maternity leave coverage, starting 19 February 2024 through the beginning of December 2024. This role will also require on-call availability during weekends and holidays
- provide customer support primarily via email, with additional proficiency in Phone and Remote Access Applications to ensure comprehensive assistance
