Responsibility
- are you a positive role model, looking to support and guide young people in the Social Care Sector
- the individual will be responsible for the smooth running of the house during their shift
- this may include carrying out domestic tasks, keeping administrative logs and carrying out mentoring sessions for the young people you support
- training will be provided in a range of areas including Safeguarding and Trauma Informed Practice
- opportunities to progress to a managerial position available for the right candidate
- you will be a team member providing support to residents in a newly refurbished 16+ home for girls in Wembley Park
- you will act as a role model and ensure the home remains a safe and supportive environment, taking appropriate action according to the young person’s needs
- the staff rota will be completed a week in advance to allow for flexibility. Support workers are expected to complete a mixture of evening, overnight and weekend shifts on a weekly basis according to availability
