Responsibility

  • intech Calibration are based in Littlehampton and our office is adjacent to the River Arun with a beautiful outlook
  • we are looking for a full time Experienced Office Administrator with excellent attention to detail
  • you will also be required to complete technical reports based on the works of our engineers
  • established 14 years ago the company have developed a secure and ever-growing customer base in Calibration, Temperature Mapping, Fume Cupboard/LEV service and Cleanroom validation markets
  • strong communication skills are essential as our client’s experience is very important to us
  • this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate in a friendly growing and ambitious company, the package includes an attractive basic salary plus the opportunity to benefit from the company bonus scheme
  • as Intech’s Office Administrator you focus will be on ensuring the efficient functioning of the office on a day-to-day basis, including a range of administrative and financial tasks
  • experience of working in the pharmaceutical or calibration service industry is desirable, although not essential
