- knowledge of Xero / Mailchimp
- attention to detail & high level of accuracy
Responsibility
- other duties as and when required to ensure smooth running of the business
- update FB, LinkedIn and other market sites on a weekly basis
- take and relay messages in a timely manner
- answer telephone, screen and direct calls accordingly
- monthly special offers leaflet
- liaise and ensure customer specific items i.e. parts are correct and necessary
- ad Hoc end of line clearance
