Responsibility
- perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks such as litter picking, general external cleaning
- respond to maintenance requests from client and head office and address their concerns in a timely manner
- coordinate with tenants and contractors for repairs and maintenance projects
- carry out general gardening duties, like grass cutting, weeding, hedge cutting etc
- maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints
Requirements
- previous experience in maintenance, cleaning or gardening
- ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of health and safety
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- maintenance: 1 year
