perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks such as litter picking, general external cleaning
respond to maintenance requests from client and head office and address their concerns in a timely manner
coordinate with tenants and contractors for repairs and maintenance projects
carry out general gardening duties, like grass cutting, weeding, hedge cutting etc
maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory
ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints
Requirements
previous experience in maintenance, cleaning or gardening
ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
basic knowledge of health and safety
strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
