Responsibility
- customer service management – first port of call for all enquiries, managing through to solution
- overseeing and updating the retailer ranging matrix, identifying gaps and opportunities, completing all product setup forms for new listings
- management of returns and all reverse logistics for all sales channels and retail partners
- ensure operational alignment with retailers
- vendor onboarding ensuring we have the right information to allow their products to be setup across the various sales channels
- key contact for our national retail accounts. Responsible for managing the account day to day, ensuring we’re proactive, innovative and building strong relationships with all our partners. Exceeding their expectations and meeting agreed SLAs
- work with customer planning and forecasting teams to ensure correct supplier forecasting is in place
- analysis available data, provide reports and information to enable the business to innovate and make key business decisions
