  • responding to telephone calls and written enquiries
  • booking stock in and out of our system
  • undertaking basic research
  • working side by side all departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • chasing couriers for ETA’s on orders, processing address changes and raising queried deliveries
  • processing returns and raising collections
